Fearsome Five in steampunk

One more Darkwing Duck fanart inspired by steampunk AU.
With my villains favorite team - Fearsome Five.

Something about characters and their changing:
Negaduck - leader of band, evil copy of Darkwing. Even here I made same costumes for them - [link] (my drawing with Darkwing duck in steampunk style). I want to draw him after some time with steam chain saw x)
Megavolt - his character seems like to me more interesting in this epoch then in our times. He is "face" of Teslapunk here. In times, when people prefer steam devices or mechanics and streets have lights from gas lanterns, when people slowly or don't understanding anything about electricity advantage, theories and inventions of Edison or Tesla... Can Megavolt stay quiet?! (well, may be in original history it was not so bad, but... ) He looks like worker or usually town-man without lots of money... but he have many electricity devices
Quackerjack - still loony crazy toymaker in joker's suit (but now he have goggles and waistcoat). More mechanist and using this ability for creating his dangerous toys. I made him invalid not only in brains - he have nor his left arm and using mechanical limb. I am not sure about toy history in the end of 19 century. May be you know something? I'll be happy if you give me some information!
Dr. Reginald Bushroot - ex-scientist of st.Canard 's university, now villain plant like in cannon. In this universe he more often wearing clothes, especially white scientist's coat ant that top-hat (it was broken and we can see his stamens now). I am not sure about this top hat, may be it looks wrong? And he wearing monocle. In the character he still our "good old" Bushroot: mad scientist, lonely, brought up. May be in time I will invade something special for him here too...
Liquidator - or Bud Flood, in this universe he is metamorphic and can change his body from norm to water (yes, I using one of my kinks here - human\dog Liquy's form). The descendant of a noble family and owner of water company, has same destiny like original Bad, but don't loose his human form body. After his frauds lose company and big part of his property, became to "villain". Have not bad knowledge about weapons and steam devices.
